Delivery Service Process FAQ

Part of the services we provide includes a phone call from our Customer Service Team to schedule the delivery. We only make phone calls during our business hours. If you would rather schedule the delivery online or during off-hours you can do so by clicking the “Schedule Now” button at the top of the page. Select “Delivery” when asked what service you want to schedule/quote.

You will receive a confirmation text, email and/or phone call prior to the delivery date (depending on your preferences). Once your product is out for delivery you will be sent a link to track

  • A delivery to an address of fewer than 25 miles from the store (unless negotiated differently with the retailer).
  • A limited number of products (based on weight and size).
  • Delivery of products to a location in the address provided there are no obstacles between where the truck can safely park and the location the customer wants the product delivered.

Absolutely! Not only can you get a free quote online, but you can schedule, reschedule, or place it on hold.

Because the “Basic Delivery” portion is covered by the retailer, the quotes will include all additional costs that are accurately entered. If you do not include a staircase our delivery team has to carry a product up or down, the quote will not be accurate. It will also cause the scheduling to be off because carrying products up or down the stairs will take longer. It is very important that you be accurate when scheduling the delivery regardless of whether you do it online or on the phone with our customer service reps.

Our Delivery Team will send you a link (via text or email) with the finalized charges after they arrive at the location. You can pay online using a credit card (preferred) or in cash. We have found that charging for additional costs prior to arriving at the delivery address does cause problems. Sometimes the customer does not fill in the form correctly, sometimes the product does not fit the space available or a doorway, sometimes customers change their mind and want to change the area they want the products dropped off. It is less confusing if the customer pays for the additional costs after the team analyzes the locations for an accurate quote.
